ESM & Associates LLC was founded on a simple conviction: aircraft buyers, operators, and brokers deserve an independent advocate who puts their interests first — every time, without exception.
Our founder's career began in Marine Corps Aviation, where precision, accountability, and mission readiness weren't aspirations — they were requirements. That foundation shapes how we approach every engagement: thorough preparation, clear communication, and an unwavering commitment to getting it right.
After transitioning from military service, our founder built deep expertise across aircraft transactions, FAA regulatory compliance, and aviation operations in the Southeast US market and beyond. ESM & Associates LLC was established to bring that expertise directly to clients who need a trusted partner — not just a vendor.

Experience & Credentials
- Marine Corps Aviation veteran
- FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) and Inspection Authorization (IA) certifications
- Extensive experience in 14 CFR Part 135 and Part 145 regulatory compliance
- Aircraft acquisition and transaction advisory across corporate and private aviation
- International import and export experience across multiple aircraft types
- Based in the Southeast United States — serving clients nationally and internationally
